So far as I have been able to determine, their 'fatality' had more to do with the local Czech police seizing their studio, tapes, records and freezing their internet access to the site. It may have been prompted by a complaint put forward by a model who was physically harmed beyond his expectations. A Czech buddy of mine living in North America, who has some loose connections to that former organization (D4Boys), seems to get the impression of a boi hurt beyond reason...........not surprising considering the level of intensity and the personal fetishes of the owner (he played the father in several domestic scenes).

During this evening, I received a but of further interesting info on the former D4B site and its owner. The gent in question was/is a noted concert violinist in the Prague symphony as well as being a long time BDSM Master/Top. Formerly, he had a dungeon located in the basement of an apartment building (he was a co-owner) in that city; and he trained and disciplined various bottoms there. He was apparently (this is not totally confirmed) warned by the local police to cease and desist due to complaints from some of the bottoms who were very roughly dealt with, and from tenants in the building who heard the noise and called the cops. One of the difficulties that bottoms had was a lack of adherence to agreed upon safewords. This gent is very keen on seeing extensive bruising and bleeding (easily witnessed on most of the videos) and some of the models and bottoms were not at all impressed by being forced to endure much more than they really could handle. Despite free buffet meals and money and other inducements, at least one person lodged a complaint.

So, our violin-playing discipline and torture master purchased an estate house and lands outside Prague, and set up shop there - and that location is where we see the videos take place from the former Discipline4Boys site. I would imagine that he became rather brazen and careless about his operation, despite the European tolerance for kink, more than is shown in America.
